Under the right conditions, this mat will give your team a tiny edge. The "right conditions" are a slightly dusty floor, which is pretty much the standard in most gyms that I have coached in over the years.The only time this will let you down is in excessively dusty gyms. You are going to get the mat covered in dust (and thus ineffective) way too fast. Hopefully it will be obvious to you quickly that in these cases, it's a lost cause, so you don't waste the sheets.Because that's the only drawback, the cost of replacing the sheets. My team goes through two a game, I replace it to start off each half.When it works (and it almost always does), it is a really nice product, and your kids are going to make quick cuts just a tiny bit better than otherwise...which is perfect.

I like that an extra set of sticky sheets was included, and the sheets are numbered so you can easily tell how many are remaining.
