Easy to get on and off. Easy to adjust the size and easy to clean. I wear it when I run and in the gym. It's also comfortable to sleep in. Love this strap it's my go to out of all the different ones I have. My wrist is about a 6 3/4 inch and it fits perfectly once you adjust it.

The thickness of the band is ideal and the material is very flexible as well. Unlike many other cord bands, it is very secure. The only drawback is that the latch is so small it is impossible to put it on in low light. It certainly is well worth the money.
