Very sturdy, easy to assemble!!Son lives the hide out to play in!

None of the boards were properly labeled, so the numbers had all but smudged off by the time the package arrived. Drill holes are non-existent in 4 boards, so you have to drill your own holes and risk damaging the bed. The entire front top of the bed (the part with windows) is scraped. Multiple boards are warped so they don't go together all the way. The slats to hold the bed on are broken. And add in the fact that if you blow on this bed wrong and it's shaking and you have yourself one of the most unsafe beds to ever put your small child on.

PLEASE IGNORE THE FLOOR, THERE WAS A FLOOD) Although it was easy enough to build, there were some moments where some of the holes were to big for the screws, leading me to use those yellow screw fillers. Another thing I wasn't too thrilled about was how sharp the plank edges are, my child has already scraped themselves against it getting out of bed. It would also be nice if the steps came with grips since the wood is so smooth and slippery.

Absolutely love it! So sturdy and my 3 year old has so much room to play underneath. It did take about 6-7 hours for me to put it together (by myself) but soooo worth it.

The directions are horrible. It took me over 3 hours. Probably 1/2 that time was trying to figure out which piece is which because the pictures are tiny and inaccurate. They attempted to stamp numbers on most peices. However, I still struggled to read it and several were not marked. A few times I put similar peices in the wrong place and had to go back and do it again. The rail for the stairs has screws that do not fit. They go in like they fit, but either they arent the right screws or the hole is drilled wrong. I'll be going to the store to find better ones. But for now it is against the wall. The peices should be numbered and the illustrations more clear. This is why I deducted 2 stars.All that being said...the quality is decent. Not bad for furniture from Amazon at least. My nearly 4 yr old daughter couldn't be more excited. She especially loves the lights and that she can play under the bed. Her toy box and stuffed animals all fit down there. Once I get the rail assembled, there is also storage on the side.I will also say customer service is responsive. Fedex was delayed delivering and we messaged back and forth several times. *This does come in two boxes!* So don't attempt to open and assemble until you have both boxes. Message the seller for a second tracking number after it ships.Another note: This bed is longer than expected. Be sure to measure to know it fits if you have a smaller bedroom. Less space also makes it more difficult to assemble. It isn't super high which is nice. There are a few pointy edges that you may want to cover depending on the age of the child this is for.Overall, not a terrible product but definitely room to improve. Directions are terrible. Screws (labeled "I") for the rails of the stairs are not the right ones. But good customer service. I recommend making an instructional video and updating the instructions at a minumum.

This bed is great! Our little one loves her hideaway and the light! Quality is great, the size was perfect for her room. The box it came in said full bed, but after contacting the manufacturer we determined it was just a mistake in labeling and the bed was the correct size.

My daughter loves her big girl bed and her lil club house under! The bed is as expected! Building it was easy to follow… full transparency as we followed all instructions… it was built in about 3 total hours between myself and my dad. So I feel that it was done with good time. 👍🏼

Extremely disappointed and frustrated beings this is yet another item we get to the final steps of putting it together and we are missing quite a few pieces to complete putting the bed together.
