I purchased this item as a 50th birthday gift for a friend. The globe is beautifully made and good quality for the price. Our friend loved the item and he will be displaying it on his desk.

The craftsmanship seems good but it was small and not like the picture. Not a good value.

I like the globe. It is actually slightly larger than I imagined. I purchased it for decoration, and not educational purposes so it suits the needs. I wish the countries were more accurate ( for example Ireland and most island nations are just rectangles. Italy is deformed. Can't tell if the blue rectangle is part of Africa, or supposed to be Sicily. Florida is cut off at Tallahassee) But again it is solely for decoration, and is pleasing.

Very nice...well made and a quality piece of artwork. Shipping container was a superb design to protect this delicate piece.

The globe is stunning. It's heavy and sturdy but a real conversation piece on my dads work desk. I'm very happy with it.
