I purchased two of these for my cats, as they eat different amounts of different foods (one is on diet food, another is on hairball food). We wanted them to have an automatic feeder for when we go out of town. Initially, we monitored them to make sure they weren't stealing food from each other or going to the wrong bowl. They were very quick to learn and got accustomed to the new feeders quickly. They did seem a little skeptical about the tinging noise of the food hitting the bowls at first, but got over that quickly.They work great and are accurate as far as dispensing amount and time. I love that they connect to the app and I can easily adjust feeding times/amounts. I also love that you can plug it in and keep batteries in it as a backup power option. This makes me feel much better leaving the cats alone for a few days while on vacation.I do wish that it was easier to remove the canister that holds the food though. If you try to take it off, food falls out the bottom. You either have to empty it or turn it upside down to take it off and clean it. Maybe some kind of closing/locking mechanism could be added? The feeder is very easy to refill with food though. I also wish it had the voice recording feature that the double feeder has, as that always helped notify my cats that it was feeding time. Overall, this product works great for us and our two cats!

The media could not be loaded. Recently purchased this feeder for my small and medium sized dogs, I was skeptical at first because I was worried about the size and bowl capacity as well as the cord length but I was not disappointed, it was super easy to set up with the app and easy to connect to the WiFi, I love how simple the app is and how you can pick portions to give your pets and even set schedules. The size is pretty good to and it seems sturdy

It has been working good so far You haven't had issues Easy to program.

i LOVE this machine. it gives me a peace of mind that my animals are being fed on my busy days at work. i love that it’s phone connected and can give them extra food when i’m running late or want to spoil them just with a tap of a button miles away.my animals know the sound of the machine so well now that it’s a guaranteed schedule with them.

I love this automatic feeder. It is very smooth and has a continuous flow of food. I have never had to worry about theFeeder jamming up, it works well and is easy to set up. I like the app's scheduling capabilities. The minute the noise for the food release starts, the cats come running.

So, I'm really surprised I'm not over feeding my cat but also not. He came from a home that he had to share food with 20+ cats. He gets hungry a lot and I know because he gets overly affectionate. This really helps to give him as much as I want to throughout the day. I felt like it was easy to set up with the instructions. You can have I think 6 different feeding times and can set a different amount for each time. I keep mine plugged in because I don't care to keep up with batteries. It's easy to load but when it gets low the food doesn't always shift to the bottom well. The metal bowl comes out for easy cleaning and the black bowl holder comes out from the feeder if it needs cleaning too. Definitely recommend if you have a wild schedule or if your animal doesn't do well with once a day feeding.

Reliable and easy to use. comes apart easily for cleaning - many others do not. Good value for money.

I have the double feeder with the no Wi-Fi. It is awesome. I love it so much my cats absolutely love it. I was able to set up feed times got another cat who is a little bit outcast I needed a singular one. I thought let me get the same brand I get the single one and immediately it did not feed my cat the first time, I clicked the app it was disconnected even though I was only 5 feet away from it the whole time I tested it by setting a time and then putting my phone on airplane mode it did not feed. I called customer service and they told me no my phone has to be near it at all times were to feed which defeats the purpose of having an automatic feeder because when I go on vacation, I would like it to feed my cats or if I'm at work, I'd like to feed my cat snacks, but that doesn't happen this one so I'm returning it
