Bought this for my sister because she cannot walk very well and has edema in her calves. After 2 weeks her edema has gone down the open sores on her legs have healed and she has lost 5 pounds.She uses it under her desk as called for and since she is at her desk most of the day then she is using it about 6 out of 8 hours a day. It has worked very well for her. No issues with the mechanics of the machine. It was not that expensive, good value for the money spent. Takes up little space under her desk.

Bought this for my 94 year old dad. He uses it every day to help strengthen his legs as he sits a lot. It has helped him with stability and strength. It’s easy for him to use. It’s easy to store. It tended to move around on his linoleum floor so we put a piece of waffle mat under it to keep it from moving.

Works well is quiet it fits under my desk and allows me to exercise while I work. It does need strong grip stops to keep it in place on carpet, that is the only downfall.

Works well, but know that it slips on a bare floor.We bought a thin rubber kitchen mat to put on the floor.

This is a wonderful product to keep moving indoors. I’ve had some health problems that have prevented me from exercising outside. This product was ready to go right out of the box. You can adjust the speeds. And I love the straps which keep your feet fully planted. This product is fairly lightweight, which makes it easy to move from place to place. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to increase their leg movements.
