I am lactose intolerant and don't eat enough fibre which makes doing a number two difficult at times. I also can go, what feels like a while, without doing a number 2. With Solar you know exactly what your buying, having tried other forms of Psyllium I have always returned back to this product, It never gives me the side effect of others that use flavors and additives { even though they are ment for gut health } keep it simple and it works as it should, I split the 1000mg a day with one tablet morning and the other at night { both taken with a large glass of water ) the difference it has made to my troubles have been life changing { always check with your pharmacy/Dr if you are taking other meds } with a regular " function " I can get along with my day without worrying about needing the loo all the time.
