Good priced versatile coffee machine
Reading the other reviews I was concerned about buying this coffee maker. I wanted it because of the diversity of the types of coffees and pods that it could handle. I've been using it for over a month and I have had nothing to complain about. I actually packed up my 3 year old K-Cup machine and took it to work for others to use. This machine does everything. Now, to address some of the issues that others were complaining about:Noise - Don't get me wrong, this machine does make some noise, but I don't see it being any louder than the old Nespresso machine that my old company had, nor any quieter than the old Cuisinart machine that I'm replacing. I mainly use this machine for the Nespresso pods, which "squeal" when the water goes through it, but even the original Nespresso machine I worked with before made that noise. The one K-Cup I made was much quieter.Leaking - I haven't seen this issue myself. I do know there is a tube that comes out of the machine that pours water back into the tank (I don't know why it does this), but if the tube is pinched or not placed back into the tank correctly the I could see having a big mess. Don't get me wrong, there isn't any extra work or complexity because of this tube, you just have to be aware of it when you place the tank back on to the machine.Flavor - All I can say is I've had great coffee and bad coffee from this machine. I don't blame the machine though, I just know not to buy the cheap coffee. But I haven't found any reason to blame this machine for anything bad that I've made.Speed - It takes a minute or less to warm up. Then it doesn't brew any faster or slower than any other machine I've used. It's fast enough that I froth my milk first (in a separate device) and then I brew the coffee. It takes maybe 1 to 1.5 minutes for the 2 Nespresso pods I make.Lights Indicating Water Amount - This has not been to much of a concern for me. I did have to play around a little but I placed a pod in the machine, placed it where I thought it needed to be and I adjusted it until I found the right spot. For my Nespresso's, I actually have it on the lowest settings. Where the K-Cup, I have it on the notch just above half way.Tank Size: I make 2 shots of Nespresso a day and I have to refill it maybe once or twice a week. This one depends on the number of people that use it and the amount of water you use per brew. I haven't had an issue with this myself.Cup Height - It accommodates all of my cups except one. I use some large cups for my coffee and they have all fit easily. The one that doesn't fit is a thermal cup that is maybe 6-7 inches tall but narrow enough to fit in my vehicle's cup holder. I can't really complain about that though.Price - This has been my first machine like this, but my previous machine that only did K-Cups was more expensive. I would love paying less but I think it was fairly priced unless I start having issues with it.Things that could be better:- There were no directions on removing the "shelf" that the coffee cup sits on. It didn't slide out as easily as I was expecting it to. You have to pick up on it and then firmly pull it out. Mine didn't want to pull out and I was scared I was going to break it.- The adapter that holds the Nespresso pod is difficult to open after a pod has been inserted. There is a cover to hold the pod in place during brewing that when I'm trying to eject the pod, I have to push down on the leaver they provided and place my finger nail under the cover on the other side, to get the cover open. This has got to be the biggest complaint I have about this purchase.- I don't know what can be done about this, but when I used the K-Cup adaptor the first time it took me a moment to discover I had to push the cup down where the pod was punctured by the pin on the bottom of the adaptor. Just making you aware of this.Overall, if this coffee maker lasts longer than a year, I'll be purchasing a second one for my office! I am very happy with my purchase.

A bit more work but good options
At first, I was skeptical because it takes a little bit more work to do each of the different attachments. For example, I am replacing a Nespresso machine and the Nespresso machine ejects the capsules into a holding area, but this one you have to remove it each time. However, I discovered that it was really convenient to have the options of using K cups or ground coffee or Nespresso depending on what was on sale and what people wanted and that made it worthwhile and I would get it again

LOUD and doesn't brew correct amounts
I missed the deadline to return this item or I would have!! First, it is incredibly LOUD, it aggressively vibrates the counter when running and you can hear it at the other end of the house. Secondly, the two brewing options of 2oz espresso or 6oz don't actually brew the correct amount. The 2oz side is either 2 or 1 oz, and the 6oz side is usually 2oz-3oz. I have to brew 2-3 times just to get a cup of coffee. This is the case regardless if I am using pods, pouches or the cup with grounds. I got this item to decrease the amount of coffee I was drinking on a daily basis while increasing the quality. Well, I have definitely decreased the amount since I am so frustrated every day when I want to make a cup because I have to run it multiple times. Don't waste your money, go with something different!

2 in 1 coffee machine
I searched and searched for a coffee maker that would brew both Nespresso Original and Keurig pods- and for the price and size this was the best. Only complaint is that is leaks after you take out your pod- so I always keep a small expresso cup nearby to soak up the water.

its ok just load and vibrates hold your mug
three stars for the wide selection of coffee pods - two stars off for the load noise it makes and the vibration that made my mug fall as it was brewing, hold your mug or remove the drip tray

Great multifunctionality
Does a lot for a reasonable price. Loving all the pod options. Almost docked a star for the water dripping when you remove a pod after brewing. Seems mostly avoidable if you aren’t removing immediately. Also louder than k cup only brewers. Coffee flavor seems great to me, granted never owned a real espresso machine myself.

Ease of use
This coffee maker is just right for my tiny space. Makes maple sizes. Uses the pods and grinds. Just eight for my use
