Chocolates don’t melt easily,
The media could not be loaded. I bought these for making chocolate Bombs and also different shapes of chocolates with molds but the chocolate is not a very good quality and is hard to melt and is not very tasty ,I tried several times with different methods and it was useless, I end up throwing it it away and bought a different brand that was more expensive, and yes the expensive brand work as it should right away.

Horrible Product!
The worse chocolate I’ve ever worked with. Does not melt smoothly. Clumps and very hard to work with. Tried three different times and failed all three. Waste of money.

these melt better in a microwave then a double boiler

Not the best chocolate for melting on candy or fruit.
These do not melt creamy… even with a little coconut oil. They have lumps that do not completely melt away and so is not smooth for dipping. The taste is okay.

Don’t Buy
It’s stays with clumps in it.Also doesn’t melt completely and it has white specks when it dries up..No good at all.I’ve should of checked the reviews before my purchase..

Chocolate
The chocolate was old and did not melt very well. I lost my first batch. I realized why and changed how I melted it it still tasted ok I just added some white chocolate chips to it

Upgraded my Review
Melts grained not smooth! Don’t waste you money!After researching more about melting chocolate I decided to upgrade my review from 1 to 4 stars.Make sure there is absolutely no water in double boiler.Melt on a very low heat! Constantly stir chocolate.Add canola oil while melting, doesn’t affect taste and makes chocolate more smooth.
