Excellent anvil. 90% rebound, Excellent casting, no flaws. Got a $1200 anvil for $300. Beautiful ground work surface. Although fedex driver refused to deliver, I had to chase him down and insisted that he give me the item. Fedex driver said that I was black listed and refused to deliver. But despite his refusal I got the item. Bad dead beat fedex driver. So after I got the item on a side street he lied and said he delivered at the door. This fedex drive is a serial lier. But the anvil is highly recommended.

lots of buildup of metal and paint in hardy and i had to file it a lit to get it open enough to function i will be doing more soon with dremelto help clean and chamfer edges but for the price it cant be beat

exactly what i was looking for, and what i expected. horn on mine didnt need much grinding work. step was prettysuspect but ground to flat in no time.Pretty happy and the price is right.

I ordered this anvil being at a place where I needed a heavier one but not having the money for a really good one. Getting this anvil for the price is great, it does have some flaws. It has a small crack on the surface by the hardy hole. The weight and size are exactly what I wanted. The rebound is ok. It does have some fill marks and some putty in the base but all in all is good for the price.

Item shipped faster than expected. Arrived in sturdy crate packaging for how heavy the item was and in perfect condition. Ordered 50kG size. Works perfect for intended use. Would highly recommend.

Exactly what was expected, dimensions are spot on. Has pretty solid rebound, probably around 70%-80%. Pritchel and hardy holes needed a little cleanup but so will pretty much any brand new anvil. Hardy hole seemed a bit smaller than stated but I didn't measure it. The holes can just be filed to be a bit bigger so no big issue there.

Ripped off top of crate to expose my impulse buy. Looks like a good quality casting with the top surface machined nicely. Nice size and weight. What a great value too. Can’t wait to build a stand for it.

Ton of hammer bang for the buck. Tiny amount of grinding clean-up on the top edge of the hardy hole (32nd “ on one edge and a corner). The shipping box/crate sacrificed it’s existence to get the anvil to my home. Anvil came thru unscathed. Superb buy.
