Seriously delicious and works great!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:These drops taste SO good. But to me, they're not just caramel-flavored; there's a strong hint of... I guess a bread or toast flavor? Not quite sure, but that makes them EXTRA delicious. I don't know where that comes from (possibly just the caramel), but it makes this particular cough drop taste absolutely delightful. Aside from the taste, they also work well. My throat was soothed quickly.

Finally, a lozenge that Helps me speak better by soothing my dry throat.
These actually help my dry throat! I've been looking for a throat lozenge that has a demulcent and non of that medicinal flavor and this is it! Love the flavor and I feel the difference when I speak after just 1 or 2 of these lozenges. The price is great too.

The best, non-menthol, soothing cough drop I have tried, so far. (See update at end of review.)
I generally don’t like things with a liquid center, but these are designed so well that by the time you get anywhere near the liquid it somehow mixes with the hard candy melting in your mouth so you’re not getting a burst of liquid. It gets amalgamated such a way that it’s extra soothing.The light caramel, very light mint, and a touch of herbs, make the flavor incredibly delicious.It would be nice if they made a sugar-free version because, sometimes at four in the morning, I want one of these as a dry mouth can occasionally wake me up, and I don’t like the idea of not brushing my teeth for hours after that.Update:I just tried the berry medley flavor and it is even better than this one. It doesn’t have a liquid center, but it actually moisturizes my mouth more efficiently. After a little research, I think that’s because of the menthol. Originally, I was concerned that that would be too strong a flavor, and I wouldn’t like it, or it would overpower the berry flavor, but neither one was true. It’s just a light menthol that seems to make it more efficient at helping any dry mouth issues.

Works as well as all the other cough drops I've used in 53 years but taste better, delivery problem
So this is the best tasting cough drop I've ever had but if you are waiting for your same day delivery it's probably not going to happen. Not great if your sick and don't want to leave the house for relief. This took about five days to get to my house after promising it would be there the same day.Also this has about the same effectiveness that all cough drops that are nonnarcotic have. Just okay.The good thing about that is all narcotics cause constipation and addiction.I don't know if I want to trade a cough for severe constipation or give all my money away because of the other.

Like candy!
These are the best cough drops I have ever had! They are delicious (like a caramel latte) and help soothe a sore throat like nothing else. They smell great so they don't give me eucalyptus breath. The liquid center is great for a scratchy and pained throat and definitely help you to control your cough.
