I’ve been using the Soocas NEOS II for a few weeks now, and it’s a game-changer for my oral care routine. The combination of brushing and water flossing in one sleek device saves me so much time. First; I loathe flossing and bought this brush/flosser anticipating I wouldn’t need to floss anymore, but that’s not the case. Granted the toothbrush function works well and my teeth feel smooth like I’ve just been to the dentist. The flossing action is good for getting smaller debris that the brush misses, but does nothing to prevent that plaque buildup along the gum line, so I still have to floss to keep my gums healthy… rather disappointing.

Works great! I’ve had it for 2 months and have never had to charge it. Cleans my teeth like it’s supposed to do.

Don’t bother with this product. The jet cleaning works, after all fashion. But too difficult to adjust the aim of the liquid stream while also dealing with the rotating brush head. I went back to my Braun rotation tooth brush and bought a separate water pik.

Seller contacted me after my review and apologized for the oversight and offered to make it better. Product has been replaced and 2nd one is functioning properly with no problems. This toothbrush removes plague better than my last automatic toothbrush. I am pleased with my purchase.Original Review: Toothbrush received as expected and worked great until it didn't.
