4K disc's look pixilated
After a year it decided to not play certain disc's, that would play just fine before; says disc not supported, wvwm in brand new dvd/blu ray. Tech support from Philips was no help and kept left me hanging. Wast of money!

BEWARE...
After a couple of months, all my discs stopped playing on this player. All i see on the screen is “Disc not supported. Refer to the user manual for a list of supported disc” when in fact the same discs played weeks before.

No WiFi signal on this player. bummer!!
I’ve had mine for almost 2 yrs now. Since I only have WiFi at my house and no direct connection. I can’t update it as required. So it works when it wants and only plays 4K blu rays sometimes. It’s really frustrating. I need to upgrade to one with WiFi for sure.
