Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve wanted one of these lighters ever since i watched Humphrey Bogart using a tablet top version in the Maltese Falcon. Very nice all purpose lighter.

Not as reliable as a zippo, but still good. Don't try pressing/screwing the match tight as it will compress and recess the wick and it won't light well. I found pulling the match out without a lot of speed is best. Pulling faster just extinguishes it. Also to conserve flint, unscrew 2/3 the way and then pull to ignight. I paid $27.95 on 1/19/25

I like to use this lighter for candles mostly, but have taken it camping a few times. It holds lighter fluid well, and I haven't had to refill it since I first got it. I will say, it is VERY easy to over-fill, so be gentle. The flame is much larger than shown in the photos, which I like, but watch your fingers. It lights very easily, and honestly, is really fun to use. It's a bit heavy though, so I don't think many people would get use out of the keychain loop.

This match worked pretty well for awhile and I refilled it several times. Often it takes 5+ pulls / strikes to get it lit....the price you pay for style I suppose. I was okay with this but since the last time I refilled the fuel, the lighter won't work at all. It does not strike. There is no spark. Quite upsetting.
