Came quickly but didn’t fit. Easy return
Unfortunately these did not fit my older extension ladder. They fit one of my newer models but I did not need to replace those.Return was easy. Great customer service.

Works almost great
Old ladder locks were worn out so replaced them with these. My extension ladder comes down really well now, but extending it is another story. Not sure if I installed incorrectly, but it could only be put on one way so I'm guessing it's the ladder locks. All-in-all, I'm glad that I can finally get my 28' down now when fully extended.

Well made but ladder style specific. Rehabbing old aluminum ladder but these are too large for the older style. Bummer because these are a great product
