I think online gamers and streamers are on to something!
I've had multiple office chairs... at home and at work, and each has their own unique characteristics. I originally had an IKEA office chair that I bought online, instead of going into the store, and the seat itself is a little shallow for what I normally like. It could be my posture, it could be the chair, but my upper shoulders were starting to get sore I needed something that was more comfortable for me at the house since I started working from home.I definitely didn't want a PU or leather chair, so I was looking for a fabric chair that would be comfortable and not collect dog hair. I also wanted a foot rest as well.I've never had a gaming chair, but if gamers can sit in those chairs for hours on end to play and stream, then there has to be something to it, right? The chair came in a couple of days earlier than expected, which was great! The box is heavy, so if you are not comfortable sliding this across your floor, I would suggest having someone help you bring it in, or have something to roll it on. I popped the box open and everything was there. No weird smells, no tears, all was in good condition! It took me about 30 minutes to put the chair together while following the very detailed instructions and boom! Chair! I've been using this for a few days and my back already feels better, and the recline and foot rest work really well! The height is standard and is adjustable like all office chairs, the depth is better than the IKEA chair, and the width is standard. Not bulky at all. I have a small office space at the house, but this fits great! It's comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. But if you're looking for more a cloud, then this isn't it. This is between a firm and a cloud. But I'm not sure if it's because it hasn't been "broken in" yet.The ONLY downfall I would say is the fabric. While comfortable and soft, it is... slippery. If I sit in the chair a certain way, I slide a little bit. But honestly, I don't mind at all because the chair is super comfy!I did, on my own accord, swap the wheels out for rollerblade wheels instead of the standard caster wheels it comes with. But I rolled with the standard for a couple of days before the new wheels came in and they're fine. I have tile floors, so not sure about any scuffing.WORD OF ADVICE: I'm not sure if anyone else had this issue, but when I was putting the chair together I did notice that the metal bar that connects the back of the chair to the bottom did not line up 100% with the screw holes. So the bar was crooked a little bit when I tried to attach it to the bottom. The instructions say to attach the bar to the back of the chair and THEN the bottom, I did it the opposite way and got it to work. If you're having that issue, I would so go backwards for that part and see where that lands you.First gaming chair, and overall I'm pleased with the results and the price wasn't bad for it either!

Secret Labs Competitor for 1/4 the price
Very comfortable seat and I am impressed at the quality of the chair for the price point that it was listed. This chair is direct competition to Secret Labs in my opinion for a quarter of the price. Easy to install, hardware is included, and instructions are easy to follow along with. If you want to spend the money on a Secret Labs chair go ahead but I tell you personally I have money but not made of money so this chair is worth it in my eyes. Arm rests are padded and comfy and the seat is sturdy cushioning that feels like my tempurpedic bed. The only thing that I might upgrade on this chair is wheels to rollerblades out of personal preference.

Excellent chair for comfort and style.
Excellent chair that accommodates my 5’11” frame very well. I was skeptical that the suede material would look good but I was highly impressed and the cushions have not deteriorated after a little over a month of consistent usage. The only small complaint would be for the lumbar cushion that gets squished down into the small gap between the seat bottom and seat back rest. Keep in mind, the armrests do not adjust once installed, so if you’re looking for that option you’ll want to look elsewhere.

One issue but still a good chair
Wow what a wonderful chair I must say one of the best ones I’ve had I a while. I do how ever have one issue with it and that’s the leg rest. While the chair itself is very comfortable I just wish the leg rest was a little longer and better designed. I’m 6’2 and my legs just hang off way to much and it sinks down when I put them up kinda making it uncomfortable at times. I love that it reclines but again when I recline with my feet up it could be much more comfortable and sturdy. I do recommend this chair still if your 6 foot or under it’s very well made and the feel of the covering very soft.

Comfortable and Easy to Assemble.
Very comfortable. I love how easy I can change the positions or leave it free-floating to allow me to lean back whenever. I don't use the leg rest as much as I thought I would, but I'm mostly using this for work rather than gaming.

Beautiful Chair!
I was pleasantly surprised when I received this chair. Lying on it feels very comfortable and supportive. I highly recommend it and will suggest it to my friends as well! If you’re in need of a gaming chair, this one won’t let you down!

Poor Arm Rest
Arm Rest broke 2 months later, and as another pointed out there are rods at the back of the seat that end up pointing out eventually Causing Pain.Chair was good for 2 months. Feel kinda ripped off.

Not a bad chair. Just not for me.
The chair seat is thick and you don’t get uncomfortable sitting for a long time. The material looks and feels very nice. The leg rest feels sturdy and is a nice addition.Reason I will be returning the chair is that I am not a fan of the recliner and Lack of Rocking/Tilting ability. I thought the chair would be able to Rock like my last computer chair. And my Work Computer chair. But no it doesn’t. If you want to recline it you have to Unlock the lever and move the back side to position. Then lock it. And that’s fine. But I’m not a fan of it. Since it makes the chair feel stationary if that even makes sense. And also the lever placement for the lock is inconvenient in my opinion. I got this one expecting it to have the tilting ability. Since my work Computer chair is from the same brand. I do like the chair but I would really prefer for the It to have a tilting mechanism. The second image is the work chair I have. Same brand but that one has the Rocking feature I thought this one had.
