Incomplete furniture, no inspection, poor assembly
Incomplete furniture, it does not have the wheels on the bed side. The side plates are poorly placed and are in one direction only. It does not have support legs. It did not come with the table that was seen in the advertisement. It does not have the covers for the side armrests. Poor assembly without inspection or quality control.

Fold out couch and bed
The item arrived in two boxes 3 days apart and the large box was badly damaged so I am sending it back.

CAUTION!!
This item was extremely hard to attach the arms of the sofa. I tried to return the item...UPS informs be ill be paying for the weight of each item( sofa was delivered in 3 boxes different days) basically I had to pay over $600 to return the sofa, I called Amazon I was transferred 4-5 times by this time UPS CLOSED WITH ME SRANFING INSIDE ESTABLISHMENT.... I was pissed!!! I ended up giving the sofa to a relative and buying another sofa bed from furniture store. Build quality SUCKS.. I'm so much more happier with my new sofa bed!
