Water direction switch msut be set right for the app to work properly
I agree, manual very poor, units are only metric (1 m3 / 264.17US Gallons) I can live with that. Wen I just installed it worked fine but couldn't get reading on the app. The "Water inlet direction switch" (Manual Pg. #7) wasn't set properly. Followed the instructions and now every thing works great. The manual clearly indicated which is the water input but doesn't talk about the water direction switch and what happens if set wrong.

Do not use or try this device. It does not work
Do not buy this device. Absolutely terrible device and support is a joke. Does not display in gallons.Do yourself a favor and buy a different device. I install and are very familiar with water control devices and this is by far the worst. It was my mistake for trying this device hopefully I can save you from making same mistake.

Nice low cost but quality product with a few caveats
This is high quality, and a good value. I purchased to meet my insurance company requirement to have auto leak / shutoff protection. But a Few caveats:1. The unit is in metric2. The installation can be DYI, but do not change out any parts they provide or it may leak. Also, make sure the screw connection is very tight with a pull on the pipe or it may leak3. The app works, but it has some bad English

Instructions are almost impossible to read
Instructions are almost impossible to read. It looks like they were badly translated from another language. Unit works. Less than half the price of mowen. Installation set me back $700.

How can I make it work?!!
The product never work is always off-line even if you reset it it doesn’t allow it. It only worked for the first second day and then it comes off-line.👎👎
