Very comfortable, excellent for gaming
The most comfortable headphones I’ve ever worn. Great for gaming. The low end is a little boosted compared to Audiotechnica headphones (which are meant to be as close to neutral and as the sound originally was, for mixing audio and music), but its fine. It kind of works for games anyways. Buttons are nice. Battery life isnt crazy good but who cares. Mic is decent. But honestly, I wouldnt listen to these negative reviews. It feels like a very premium headset, totally recommend it for gaming. I wouldnt say theyre the most portable as the cups dont fold in like the audiotechnicas, so you may want to get a case for them if youre travelling.

It has power bass and packs a punch it’s very detailed also gets loud and clear definitely a good headset I’ve tried lots of different headphones this one is a good one Alienware did a good job with this one it’s better then the AW920H

Overall pretty great
They are comfortable, noise canceling and minimalist stylish. The sound quality is great for gaming. The only thing that I feel was less than expected was when not gaming, I do listen to music when doing other task on my laptop and that was a slight let down. I feel that they should have better sound quality for that purpose considering the price point. It's not terrible or anything, but definitely could be better. The placement of the controls are ok and easy to use. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend.

7/10
Sound was great on these, software was fairly decent. Comfort was not all there for myself. Headband is to narrow and a little more clamp force then I personally like. Having bluetooth connection as well plus some what decent ANC I think they are a little steep on the price but still a good purchase.

The headset can also be wired just to let people know
Out of all the Alienware 920h and 988 headsets I used it's amazing I can't say anything wrong with it it's just perfect

Disappointed but in comfort
I have been using the headset for a couple of months. They are extremely comfortable and the sound is normally good. The install of the software is easy to work with.I however often get crackling in the headset that can be consistent or goes away for several days. I also have issues with the microphone cutting out while talking software like discord. This issue becomes more frequent when the battery gets low.The wireless distance you can walk away from the computer before losing connection is also fairly low.In addition, the noise cancelation mode gives me an almost instant headache (not joking or being dramatic, I can hear the waves/sound it uses to cancel the surrounding noise). To update the headset, I must plug the headset in and turn it off. Sadly, when you plug the headset in it stays on, soooooo I have not been able to find a way to have it off and plugged in at the same time. Resources say to push and hold the off button, but I have an off/on switch which I can not hold only put into the off position, which does nothing.I reached out to Dell for help, but they refused to help me solve the issues since I bought it “3rd party” (on Amazon) and requested for me to go to a local store which sold dell products for help….For the price of the headset, this should not be an issue. Take $120 bucks off the price and I may suggest getting these to others.

Worst product I have ever received!
I REALLY wanted to like this headset. But sadly, this is just a horrible product. Tried literally everything to make the POS connect to my computer and couldn’t make it happen. After an hour of trouble shooting I gave up and reached out to Dell support to see if they could fix it. Fast forward another hour of Dell remote connecting into my pc and downloading 100 new drivers, softwares, updates etc they still couldn’t figure out why it didn’t have any sound. The Dell guy just eventually told me to return it lol. This is NOT a plug and play piece of equipment, it REQUIRES a new PC to use it. My PC is only a few years old (Alienware Aurora Ryzen) and that is not supported by Alienware Command Center version 6.x. Won’t they do not tell you is that unless you can download Command Center 6.x you have zero control of various audio features and mixes. I asked Dell when support will role out for my PC and they said, and I quote “probably 3-4 months”, I wish I was making that up. I am not a fan of a headset that requires me to download multiple applications to just use it. I will be returning these and happily never buy another Alienware pc or equipment again.
