The warmer is great. It has several options for breastmilk/formula and plastic/glass bottles so their included cheat sheet is handy if you're not warming the same thing every time but it's easy to figure out. You also don't need to add water every time you use it, I just occasionally make sure there's a decent amount already in the warmer before I start it, which is a huge plus from my previous warmer.I actually received a defective product for my first warmer and the touch screen started having issues so I reached out to this product's customer service and a week later had a brand new warmer. Didn't even have to send the old one back. I would definitely recommend this warmer and company.

I have an infrared thermometer to check the temperature, and this item stopped heating after it's first use. Very unfortunate. Will be returning.

I'm in love with this bottle warmer. It is very easy to use. It warms the bottle at the perfect temperature so it's highly functional. It's safe to use and there's no smell. Perfect size too, fits well on my kitchen counter

It has different modes for different purposes. Temp control is not always very accurate but overall it works good.

Been using this 6-12x a day over 6 weeks for our 6 week old and we, along with everyone who's visited us, have loved it. My boyfriend ordered the super fast one for his house and neither of us liked it, so he returned for the swirl like I had. Easy to use and consistent.

Works fine doesn’t over heat the milk but sometimes milk would spill out of the bottle into the water not sure if it was the products fault but the bottles where name brand and quality.
