The red and black speaker connectors on the back come loose easily. Had my kit about a month now, moving it around yesterday one of the speaker wire imputs broke. Will never buy from this seller again.

For the price paid the speakers themselves are fine but that's all.They look alright but not amazing. The speakers are tall and unnecessarily so as they are not full of speakers, just the top 3rd. They can't be wallmounted out of the box and because the base is a little on the flimsy side, young children can easily push them over. This does have the advantage of not killing them if one falls on them, which one inevitably will do, but I get the feeling the base itself isn't up to much punishment in this department.The sound quality by default is a little bass heavy, and can be fine tuned so long as fine tune to you means +/- 10 volume per speaker and you want to graphic equalize at the source. It's clean even at loud volumes and ample for a home surround.My biggest gripe is not having a digital optical in on the subwoofer base. Yes, it says this now Ive reread the description but in 2019, when the device allows me to Bluetooth to it (which works) but doesnt have 5.1 optical in meant another £30 spent on a needless convertor. Now, the total cost has crept close to the price of a branded alternative, which I arguably regret not purchasing now knowing the speakers themselves are sized just for show.They're ok. Not great. Not terrible either.

Broken plug, damaged sub woofer case. Returned.

First of all came out the box with the wrong plug. No drama I cut it off and put a uk plug on it.Mini jack to rca lead for the input is only 1m long. So ordered a new one.Speaker cables. Well. Far far far too short for a surround sound system so ordered a 100ft spool.Now it’s set up.It’s good. The sound is acceptable not greatest but acceptable. It’s plenty loud enough with a good level of bass.The big question is would I buy it again. Probably not. It’s ok, but when you get something like this you want to plug and play. This is not one of those items.
