Loved it, worked very well. The water flows is a bit slow than I would like it to but overall, it is a great product to have instance hot water but no need to install anything under sink and drill hole on the countertop or store hot water in a container and waste electricity to keep the water warm.

Used for 8 weeks and stated to smell like burning plastic and randomly spurted out hot steam.It also dispensed hot water with the normal water setting.

I was about the purchase an under the sink hot water dispenser when I came across the fantastic counter top model.There are options for different temperatures depending on what you have a fancy for. I use it mostly for teas and hot water for oatmeal. It is sturdy, heats up the water quickly and has an auto shut off. The reservoar hold a lot of water and is easy to clean with soapy hot water. One thing that bothers me somewhat is that it leaks a bit of water in transport from the sink to the base. It is definitely a good value for the money.

I was looking for an instant hot water dispenser but also something not so expensive and small fit into kitchen space. I also was looking for something healthy option. This one says they uses food grade materials to heat the water but it doesn’t say if it’s BPA free. I like this one. Pretty and small, easily fit into any spaces. It’s working well. The only thing I don’t like is the water container lid, which could be better. It could be little cheaper. Water heats and pour slightly slow and could be better. Otherwise it’s a nice product and works fine.

It worked fine for just a month and then broke right after the return window closed. It was lightly used by me only. The link to the company’s support website doesn’t work either. Who should be responsible for this faulty machine?
