good ideas, but only introductory
It has many good ideas. However, it is superficial and general. I wish it had used real life examples of supervisors.

Basic informations and obvious guidelines.Nothing more, however, the book serves as a good reminder of the basic communication skills required for first line mangers and supervisors.
