I'm giving 4 stars for now, will update to 5 in the future if it lasts.This was a direct replacement fit for original 5KCP39DGY543S. This was the 2nd order I placed as the 1st motor from a *different* vendor that claimed it would fit, the shaft was about 3 inches too long.This motor starts up much faster and is much quieter than the one it replaced. Granted, the original was roughly 10 years old, but I have to concentrate to hear this motor over the noise of the condenser motor.(The original would randomly not turn on and even after replacing the capacitor, this replacement fixed my issue.)This one was about 1/2 the price of the 'name brand' with the too long shaft and I didn't have full faith that it would work because it was inexpensive.It took longer to take the old one out with rusty bolts, etc than it took to connect this one. It's been running perfectly now for almost 3 weeks.

Two body mounting bolts broke while installing, fortunately I had the old motor and the bolts on it were made in the USA... The Cheap Chinesium bolts were all removed and thrown away where they will never fail again. I hope the motor itself is better quality... I'll leave another review when it fails...

So, I received this Condenser and the packaging that it came in was great and ensured that it could not get damaged. I installed it and tested it out. It worked great. No, issues. Runs nice a quiet. I would recommend this as a great replacement part.
