Seems like good quality bands, with vibrant colours and well packaged in a robust bag to keep them tidy. Tried the various colours when doing pull ups and they provide a varied level of support depending on your needs. They are easy to use with lots of options for different exercises. It also came with an exercise guide to give you ideas on what to use them for.

This item is Second hand the box was open and finger prints marks even dust where it hadbeen used on a door the box celletape has been opened this is not a new product
