Almost returned but problem fixed itself somehow
When first tried, this only charged to 61% no matter what. For days! Repeated tries produced the same result until one day it just decided to fully charge. I'm so confused. But what the heck! It's working now and it's super fast. I like the weight of it for my desk as my lighter one, which is now permanently in my handbag, gets knocked around too much. It's not that I have violent tantrums at my desk. I'm just clumsy so this is perfect for me. Good buy.

Big enough for the whole family
This pack will charge my iPhone 13Pro battery 50% and only use 3-4% of its capacity. Brought it on the last Disney trip and my family of 5 all used it throughout the day to keep phones charged and it was still at over 70% when we got home.Only downsides is it’s heavy and does not have integrated cables. Still a great bank.

Surprisingly great
So far, the absolute best budget power bank I've purchased (this is my 3rd one). Capacity is legitimate, and it works with laptops with an upgraded cable, as well as charges my devices quickly. At this point, it is on par with Anker.

Loose ports keep letting cables slip out.
I bought this to keep in my gym bag to charge my headphones. A lot of my workouts are set to music so I need music to pace the choreography and don’t wanna bug the people around me by playing this out loud.The USB-C port is so loose that the cable slips out if I look at it wrong and only works sometimes. I’ve been trying to deal with it but I got to the gym right now and my headphones are dead. I have to now wait for them to charge before I can do my workout. I will be returning this item and I will not be buying from this brand again.

Reliable product
So far, So good.Heavy duty and will charge a multitude of products.It does weight a little more than other brands we've purchased in the past but that's expected for the duration of extra charge you'd expect from the product. Very nice, Would recommend!
