Good starter chair
The assembly video is here on Amazon under all the product info. I am going to use a hair dryer tomorrow to connect the air tubing. The box said it weighed 99 pounds. It was almost totally assembled--meaning it doesn't come apart to get up stairs. All that being said, it works. Is it a $10,000 chair? No, but it gave me a good massage. The footprint is small for a massage chair. You won't have to build a new room to hold it. Great investment to see if you really would use--and have room for--one of the bigger, more expensive models. I am happy..Update, I am really liking this. Warming the tuning with a hair dryer made it easy to attach. I put a very thin pillow where the seat meets the back. That made it more comfortable for me. I sat in it three different times yesterday and it is making a difference.I am still looking for more complete control panel directions.
