I knew I wanted a guitar stand made of a light colored wood and came across this one in my research. For the price point, it can't be beat. The construction is simple and effective. It was easy to build (5-10 minutes) too! The rubberized feet help the stand stay in place on hardwood floors. My only gripe with the stand is that the color isn't accurately portrayed in the product photos. The bamboo is a darker, more orange-tone wood in reality.

This item is well designed and well made, and as stated in can be quickly taken apart for travel although one would need to keep track of the allen wrench (supplied) to take off the legs. The stand is not tall and there is one upper point of contact with the guitar at a single location, making the guitar on this stand tippier and less stable than on the metal stands that encircle the neck high up. I will use this stand for a 3/4 size Ibanez (Pictured) and an electric guitar but not for larger dreadnought guitars.
