Amazing Curtains!!
These are gorgeous! I'm a picky person, and after reading a ton of reviews, want to give a few tips to help others out - and thanks to others that did so!The curtain will seem wrinkly, loose threads here and there, etc. At this price point, with the crochet and cut-outs, that is to be expected. I thought I would have to wash or steam before hanging but decided to hang first to see if i needed to return it, and I'm so glad I did as the fabric was very forgiving!I bought two panels so that I could gather them a bit (so about double the width of my window) and decided to hang using clip-on curtain rings since I have a DIY wood "valance" that wouldn't make using a rod very easy.In other reviews, I see confusion about what's included in the package and how to get a balloon/gathered effect so here's my take:1. You can hang these curtains a variety of ways, including hanging straight down, tying back to the side of a window, or "ballooning". The package includes a little ziplock bag of pieces that allow you to achieve these effects, you will not use everything. Included is a set of metal curtain hooks (you only use if you are hanging from a drapery rod that requires those fasteners), 4 plastic C rings (you will only use if you balloon/gather), and a crochet fabric strip and single metal hook (you will only use if you do tie back).2. Just FYI for those that don't know - "ballooning" is a method of hanging curtains. It can be done with any lightweight curtain by sewing a few rows of small round rings on the back of the curtain and gathering them together with a larger "C" ring, creating a ballooning effect. Rings for this purpose are sold at fabric stores (although technically you could use any type of rings) so if you lose any rings, you can easily replace them.3. The curtain you will get already has the little plastic rings sewn on back, 4 vertical rows of 5 rings each. When ballooning, you will use one big C ring per each row of sewn-on rings. You have the option of gathering every row so the curtain hangs at an even length all the way across, or only gathering the middle rows (like in my photo) to get a swag effect. Basically, how many rings and which rings you use to gather will be up to you so you can get the look you want.4. To gather/balloon the curtain: Hang first with the sewn-on rings facing the window. Take a "C" ring and slip the bottom portion of the C into the bottom sewn-on ring. Bring the C up to the next sewn-on ring in that vertical row (you'll be pulling up the curtain as you go) and slip the bottom portion of the "C" into that ring, then go up and do the same to the next ring, and so on. If you find the rings keep slipping off, simply smooth the fabric down around the ring as you go (you'll adjust later). When you are at the last/topmost sewn-on ring, slip the TOP portion of the C ring into it and gently let go of the C ring and allow the curtain to hang on its own. Now do the next row - being careful when lifting the curtain so you don't accidentally knock rings off the previously gathered row - can be annoying lol. When you've done all the rows you want, stand back and start poking and tugging at the front of the curtain to create the desired ballooning effect.Note: Some people have mentioned using the string in the middle of the decorative cut-out to gather the curtain (by pulling the string). This is NOT how you gather/balloon - it is simply a part of the decorative cutout and although it worked for a few people, it simply isn't how it is done, and you will ruin your curtain. Also note: if you aren't used to ballooning, you may pull the curtain out and think it's junk. Just move forward by hanging and using the C rings to gather as described above and in other reviews, and TRUST (ha). It really was super easy and took all of 5 minutes!

Better than expected!!
I purchased 4 of these curtains and so glad I picked them! They came nicely packaged with all the various things to hang them (hooks, c-rings and tie backs). I love the crisp fabric these are made from and the design elements met my expectations. I ballooned them using the small rings sewn on the back and they are voluminous, which I love!! I put one curtain in my kitchen window and used the tie backs from the others to cinch it up higher and that worked perfectly. Of course, you can use anything to bring them up higher if you want: other curtain tie backs a string of wooden beads, jute rope..anything!! I also like the curtain rod pocket…it has a stiff lining in it so it keeps the rod pocket from looking flimsy…almost like you have a thicker rod in it but I used a cheap rod and you can’t even tell. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the shabby rustic chic look of these curtains.

Not Consistent
This is a beautiful product, if you want to keep it down. There are supposed to be four rows of rings to get the perfect ruffles when you hook in the back. Mine only had three rows. Two on one side, and on on the outer of the other side, do it ruffled really weird and I'll have to sew some rings on myself. Down is perfect, but look out for a missing row of rings. I had it for my space for a bit before opening it, waiting on a curtain rod, so I don't expect to be able to return. Just make sure you look!

Beautiful handmade panel from a VERY picky person
The media could not be loaded. Update ::: So I bought a second curtain to go in front of the light purple one , and it looks beautiful. I posted some more pictures with them both together . Just wanted to mention that like many other reviewers the little plastic hooks are not sewn on good as I have lost many . Hopefully the reviews are being read so they are sewn on better , especially if I decide to purchase more for another window in my home ..Absolutely LOVE this curtain ! Looks very expensive and believe me , I would not say that if it wasn’t true!!! Got the light purple color , there is a romantic , airy , bohemian shabby chic look to them in which I love ! Pretty in pictures and beautiful in person! Went into more detail in video so check it out … 5 stars for me

Balloon shade
This is a really pretty balloon shade, a bit pricey, but really nice quality. It came with a tie back, and drapery hooks, which I didn't want to use in my kitchen. As the picture shows, they do run long ( I had to raise my drapery rod, which was a pain; I have only recently come out of a cast for a broken wrist! So I mean literal pain. 🙄)After I got all five loops in the clip ( 4 of those were included as well, and the clips do not close. ) this was the end result. A little hint/warning, though: as I said the clips that hook through the sewn on loops in the back do not have a clasp for complete closure. I took small pieces of cellophane tape and wrapped it around the large clips so that the sewn loops don't slide off the clip. ( Yeah, that happened until I "fixed" that little problem. ) For the money, the clasp/clip should have a way to fasten and quick fixes shouldn't be necessary. I would recommend the shade, though. It's pretty enough to make up for the hassles I encountered. But on GP, I had to give it 3 stars for those reasons and the way it arrived. It came in what looked like a big clear zip lock bag. Chances of theft and or damage rise exponentially with this sort of " who cares" packaging.( Also, clearly they're not at all blackout. I just took the picture in the evening. ) Still a pretty curtain. Hopefully the other 2 that I ordered will be packaged properly and arrive in good condition.
