Nice texture and flavor
This O'Food Premium Korean BBQ Sauce has a nice thick but flowy texture. It is sweet, mildly spicy and with a deep miso flavor. It is not super tangy, and so it does not overwhelm other flavors. Comes in a glass bottle.

Flavors and packaging aren't great
Doesn't penetrate meats will enough to impart flavors leaving them flavorless, even after 24 hr marinade. Also doesn't have a flavor profile of kalbi sauce. Packaging leaves much to be desired. It arrived intact, unlike for some others, but the cap throwing is so shallow that it doesn't close well leaving me without confidence that it will stay closed.
