Needs to be level if mounting a heavy tv... can't be angled or it won't turn properly.
Works very well. I got a 75" TV on it, no problem.

Better than Vivo
We have installed more than 100 electric tv mounts. Happy to find out new model of electric ceiling 360.BcPreviously on the market was only Vivo brand ceiling electric mount. It works great and remote control looks solid. The only downgrade is that there is a belt. And when it does up and down sometimes the belt can roll up bit off from center and it cause tilting the tv on ceiling. 4 stars bc they could bring wires to the top part of the wall mount

Patio TV Mount
This was just what I needed - My TV is mounted under the pergola. My yard is on a corner so when it's flipped up, it's not so obvious that a TV is here. I have 3 different seating areas and the ability to swivel the TV around is perfect.

Behemoth of a mount
This thing is a behemoth. I have an old/large LED TV that I was going to mount from the ceiling but I couldn't manage to do it with the weight of all involved. That's not necessarily a problem with the mount, I just think I bit off more than I could chew with this thing. The mount itself is solid and I have no doubt it can handle most TV load. It can support most VESA mounting patterns. The mount can be operating using the remote or by using an app (the remote seems easier). I mean, if you really want to mount a TV from a ceiling, then this mount won't disappoint. However, make sure you have the clearance and can handle the load, because this thing is heavy!

my 65" TV goes up and down (folding) very easy no effort, people compliments left and right!
