Good product
Good product. Does what I need it to and plays the games I like to playIt lagged really bad when I first got it but it just needed updates for the drivers and it was fine

Good preforming computer and great service.
The service I received with the minor HDMI problem was excellent. The replacement computer is a real winner. It is fast and plays games like Call of Duty 6 with very high graphic settings. The Nvidia 4060 with 8 gb of RAM is a real plus in a small computer like this one. An Intel I9 cpu is very fast and 64 gb of RAM adds to the performance. Also it comes with a 2tb M.2 drive and I added another 4tb M.2 drive in the available internal slot. There is also room to add a 2.5 inch ssd drive internally. If you are considering a high performance small computer I would suggest this one not only for the speed and flexibility of the computer, but, also to the service TopGro offfers.

Good for gaming. A couple of items of concern so minus a star.
Nice little unit that will play games well. I did find a couple of issues that are keeping it from 5 stars:- the i9-13900HK is power throttled quite a bit (based on benchmark testing), I am actually getting more CPU processing power out of my little GMKtec K6 mini PC's AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS CPU, which shouldn't be the case. Of course this unit has a good NVIDIA RTX 4060 graphics card, so has better GPU vs the K6s integrated graphics, but just comparing CPU to CPU. My benchmark program told me this CPU power usage is significantly below the expected range. I mean it is fine for what I am doing, but why get an i9 chip if it's not gonna perform at that level?- When putting the computer to sleep, the RGB light stays on and the cooling fan comes on often, even though my peripherals do shut down. So sleep mode isn't really on option for me, as the fan interferes with my quiet time. It's not loud...but it shouldn't be going so often if the computer was really asleep. So I have to shut it down every night.

Dead After 2 Weeks
This was a Christmas present for my daughter and it stopped working and won't power on. Yes, we had anti virus software loaded. When I pulled up the manual on line, doesn't come with physical ones, my stomach twisted then I saw the broken poorly translated english. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I purchased this gaming PC for my kids who are very much into gaming. We already have two other gaming systems so this was going to be put to the test with their high expectations and it delivered. Beyond lite, small and sleek! Beautiful! No issues. Packaged very well. Would highly recommend.

Originally bought the Beelink mini PC but my son thought the graphics card was too slow. We did a ton of research and this is the most cost efficient option mini PC with a GPU graphics card out there (or something similar in tech-talk.)
