Our choices were limited due to space and size.This unit was easy to install and adds a great ambiance to our family room. The heating element works well too when needed.

We recently updated our home and put one of these in our living room. It puts out the right amount of heat the the “flames” are nice and adds a coziness to the room.

The media could not be loaded. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this for my fireplace wall project. I wanted a thin, black metal bezel trim and did not want a big thick black border that takes up a lot of extra visual space. I didn’t want it to be be controlled by an app that would be tied to the damn Internet just wanted a straightforward simple old-school remote control. I like the way the digital display is only visual when you’re using the remote, but then turns it itself off so you don’t have an always on display that distracts from the fireplace. super easy to install pug and play right out of the box as long as you frame out the measurements correctly Seems like a very well built product for the price point from Westinghouse very satisfied with my purchase.

It's okay, a little too expensive for what it does. But is the only one I could find that would fit my setup. It doesn't put out a lot of heat.

This fireplace is perfect! Even though I was originally sent a fireplace that was not the correct size I worked with customer service from Amazon and the seller and the situation was solved quickly and the correct size was sent. The fireplace itself was easy to install and easy to use. It has so many different settings to use and puts out a good amount of heat. I would highly recommend!

This was a great addition to my girl cave. I love the fact that I can have the ambience without the heat and when I went the heat it’s not overwhelming.

Easy to install but 2 people are needed to get it down. Different color options for the flames and rocks makes it fun to set any vibe.
