Reliable and comfortable wheelchair
The wheelchair works great, it was damaged in transit and arrived with a couple broken parts. The seller proactively reached out and sent the replacement pieces since we were unable to return it back and wait for a new chair. Very satisfied with their assistance.

Broken wheelchair
Soon after the closure date of this electric wheelchair that I bought to be able to return this product, it broke. Now I can’t return and get my money back. I have to go back to a manual wheelchair which is dangerous for me. The arm broke off, bolt broke, plastic pieces are breaking off, leg piece has screw that keeps coming out and now is missing. Leg piece has broken pieces on it. Too expensive and cannot send back now to get my mom back.

One of the footrests will not stay in the down position and we did not receive the knob to tighten the joystick control.

This electric wheelchair has transformed my daily life! It came out of the box put together. Very little assembly was needed. I was extremely pleased with the quality and design of this chair. The ability to recline and rest comfortably is a game-changer, making it perfect for long periods of use. The seat cushion is incredibly comfortable, providing excellent support. It exceeded all of my expectations. It is very sturdy, rigid and strong.Worth the price! That's a really good choice!
