I’ve suffered from knee pain for 20 years. Surgeries, rehab and gel shots have helped but it’s all temporary. Using these straps for about a week I’ve found that they have helped with managing the pain and discomfort. I don’t like using over the counter or prescribed medication. These straps feel like you’re not wearing anything at all compared to the fabric and Velcro versions. They’re made of silicone so you can wear them in the shower or pool. I wear them to bed as well. I highly recommend them. Genius product.

Not very good.

For awhile now I’ve been getting some knee pain when running or walking for long periods of time. Because of that I’ve stopped jogging and getting as much aerobic exercise. I saw someone wearing something similar to this at the park and I looked it up. I’ve only used these a few times so far, both walking and jogging… and I’ve had no knee pain! It barely feels like anything so I wasn’t expecting much, but it works! If you have pain, definitely give this a shot.

These bands work great. I have a problem in the front of my knee with the patella while playing Pickleball. These bands work great.

These are fantastic. I wear them on both my sore knees and they've kept me going as a strong weekend warrior approaching 40. I can understand how some they might not work for some people but I haven't touched my old bulky style strap ones since buying these.

I recently run a half marathon this knee brace a pain relief comfort very functional mobility in my knee and the build quality excellent and fit perfectly

Not tight enoug. Velcro strap was better.

While wearing these during my stair climbing workout, I did not have the patella tendinitis pain the next day!!!
