I use to get around my production space. Controls are easy to operate. Seat is comfortable. Very sturdy platform. Basket comes in handy. Looks good as well. UPS was not kind with their handling but fortunately it was well packaged and suffered no damage.

I'm a big guy and I needed a sturdy scooter. So far im happy with this one. Does everything I need it to do.

Nice scooter, but unfortunately arrived with broken parts on Battery connection area and would not accept battery on cart for operation Contacted seller, I got one reply, not what I was asking about. Sent another message and got 0 replies. Buyer beware: Parts that connect battery to cart are PLASTIC, break during shipment, and manufacturer does not offer a repair facility to fix. My step son work in Industry, he looked at, knew what was wrong, removed a screw holding battery connection, moved to correct location, screwed back in and battery set in proper spot, Problem fixed.If you buy from this manufacturer, you had better find a repair facility prior to buying, cause you will need it.Will not buy again from the seller, Lost a customer and a Good Referral., Cheap Chinese plastic parts.

I received the package damaged. The product has frame damage. I paid a lot of money for this to be damaged and broken.

There is an issue i want addressed. The scooter arrived with parts missing and i need them to be replaced. I needed to buy bolts so the scooter could be useable.The two, bolts that hold the arm rests are missing and I need you to send me replacements.

I bought this for my mom for her to use on trips. She loves it so far. Looks and works great.
