The night guard is easy to mold to your mouth. In addition, it is flexible and easy to wear.

This is not the first time I try to get a nightguard but it is the best; good product that does the job. I needed a replacement for mouthguard and this product had good reviews so I ordered it. I like that there are different sizes and more than one option.

My dentist told me that because I was such a teeth grinder, I needed to start wearing a dental guard at night or my teeth would continue to crack and possibly need root canals and/ or caps. He wanted to make me one that would cost several hundred dollars. I talked to a friend whose dentist told her that this dental guard would do just fine. This is my second purchase of these dental guards. The first one lasted more than a year! It is comfortable to wear and so easy to form to my teeth. I highly recommend it to anyone who grinds their teeth and wants to protect them from damage.

Amazed how easy this was and how well it worked. Perfect solution if a professionally made mouth guard is not needed. In my case I used it after some cosmetic dentistry that changed the shape of my teeth so my Invisalign/mouth guard no longer fit for the 1-2 weeks period that it took to have a new mouthguard made. What a quick, easy, and economic solution.

I bought these out of a recommendation from my dentist. He noticed my teeth were cracking so he recommended a soft mouth guard over the counter to see if it would help mitigate some of the pressure on my molars. It was pretty easy to use. You boil it for roughly 15 seconds and put it in your mouth to form to your teeth. I ended up cutting off the excess plastic cause it went pretty high up on my gums and I didn't really like that. But maybe it's cause I have a small mouth? Overall, the product worked as intended and each one can be reformed once according to the box. I've only used one since I needed something to stop the grinding. Once this one gets gross I'll move on to using the other 3.

Good price. No info on box, though. Wondering if any forever chemicals are in this item I'm putting in my mouth overnight.

I mentioned to my dentist that I was clenching and grinding my teeth so he gave me an estimate for a nighttime mouth guard. The insurance I have would not cover it and it would Cost over $400 so I ordered this mouth guard it works great & easy to mold however I noticed that after I use it at night I cough a lot during the day When I don't use it I don't cough, is it just me?

Once I followed the instructions to get the right shape and size these fit to my teeth well. They don’t usually stay in all night, but I move quite a bit in my sleep so I don’t think this has anything to do with product quality.
