Great upgrade
Exactly as described... Correct size to change out the old yellow bulbs in our overhead cabin lights on the boat. So much better and brighter.. also much less heat from the bulbs, which is amazing. The pics are the light in the bathroom before and then the new bulb!

long life replacement for old style halogen bulb
these are a great replacement alternative to the original halogen bulb. They run much cooler and last longer. I was about to order a new desk lamp with a LED bulb but then found this 5-pack which let me convert my existing lamp to LED. A great price, too. Slightly larger size did not matter in my use but might be a problem in some applications.

LED landscape lights
I have converted all my landscape light fixture lamps to LED. The light provided is the same or better but most of all, they seem to last indefinitely.

20% failure rate for my package
Package of five bulbs arrived just fine. Plugged the first one in and no light. Tried same bulb in a different socket, still no light. Checked a second bub and it worked. Tested all five and only the first one did not work so 20% failure rate. Light is nice, soft white that is perfect for ceiling lights in our camper bathroom. Very pleased with the bulbs that worked.
