This is a great fridge. Large and lots of fridge space
i purchased this in the sale, I had a similar one before. This only has one drawer at the bottom of the fridge. Some models have two. Plenty of space on the fridge door. It also has the wine compartment that we use for milk

Samsung=Worst Customer servise
Samsung Customer Service has been very disappointing. Amazon tried to contact them about a crack on the product’s plug but couldn’t get through, and I never received a call from Samsung.I also reached out to their Customer Service myself through multiple emails. They assured me that they would call me, but I never heard back. Overall, a very frustrating experience—I definitely wouldn’t recommend Samsung

It is a good size fridge, not noisy...if you read the instructions is easy to use...the frizzer is not much bigger than my old one that only was about 170cm high. But overall it is a really good fridge freezer

Smart things App
The fridge is being used for household use. What I like most is that it uses the Samsung Smartthings App. This allows me to control the temperature using my phone. This saves the control panel in the fridge from being damaged. The compressor produces very low noise . Excellent product.

Do not buy
Samsung do not pack their products properly and it arrived damaged. Getting it returned was a nightmare and we have still not had our installation fee refunded. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.

I recently purchased this fridge, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! It’s stylish, spacious, and runs so quietly that I sometimes forget it’s even there. The layout inside is well thought out, with plenty of room for all my groceries and adjustable shelves to customize the space.I particularly love the energy efficiency and how it keeps everything perfectly chilled. The freezer section is just as impressive, with ample space for frozen goods. Overall, this fridge has exceeded my expectations in both function and design. Highly recommended!
