German quality, reliable hospital bed
Bought this hospital bed for its high quality materials comparing to other hospital beds out there and I was not disappointed - it is European standard! While looking for a medical bed for a family member, I wanted to avoid the plastic typical hospital beds or all metal ones and the atmosphere that they create in the patient’s room. I was pleasantly surprised to find this option, with natural wood boards and upholstered covers included. We followed the installation videos on the Armonyo website and the setup was quite straightforward - I had extra help but one person could also work it out. Works well and it’s well made. We like that it has an integrated overbed table, the rails are foldable, have just the right height and are comfortable to use.

Happy with this electric hospital bed for home
I was helping take care of a family member who was being discharged from a rehab to home. Unfortunately insurance denied our request for an electric hospital bed and we really needed it. Called a few local suppliers and they were even more expensive than this and the beds were just “semi electric”.Anyway, was amazed to find this kind of bed on prime! Scheduled shipping and had it delivered in 2 days. Easy setup. Reliable, works well and easy to use for someone who is 90+, side table is good and convenient. Rails help with safety when needed (hope you don’t). It goes really low when you need to transport patient.Make sure you also order a mattress as this one does not come with it. From experience I suggest getting a mattress specifically that prevents bed sores.

Excellent bed, excellent company.
We have had the bed for a little over a month now and are very impressed with it. It is well made, working smoothly and, as others have said in the comments, doesn't look like a hospital bed, thus making the room feel homey. The bed itself gets five stars. In addition, if we could, we would give the company itself, Armonyo, another five stars. The person using the bed needs a special assist rail for getting in and out of bed. We could not find a suitable rail on Amazon because of how the bedframe is made. (The bedframe is very good; this is not a criticism of the frame.) But after searching, we found an assist rail made specifically for this bed by the bed’s manufacturer. One problem: the assist bar is only sold in Europe. We contacted Armonyo to ask if there was any way that they could help us obtain one. Armonyo’s customer service was utterly amazing. They responded to our emails immediately, understood our situation, and made arrangements to have the assist rail shipped to us from Germany—all within about a week of first contact with them. Having the assist rail has been a game-changer, making it possible for the bed’s user to get in and out of bed without an extra person there to lift him.We were incredibly moved by Armonyo's concern and care, and responsive. They went above and beyond in helping us obtain the assist bar from Germany. This is the best customer service experience we have ever had. We’ll continue to use this company for any other needs like this we may have.

Well made and packaged
I bought this bed for a loved one at a care facility. It arrived in an enormous box. It was easy to unwrap the components, but the volume of recycling and garbage didn’t fit in my car (heads up on that). I was able to put the bed together myself, but it was heavy and physically challenging for one person in a small room. Get help if you can. I did need a Phillips head screwdriver to access the electrical plug box. Overall the bed works very well, looks great and is well made.

Comfortable and Smooth movements
Purchased this for my Mother-in-law when she moved into my home. Nice size, and smooth operation, and not very loud. She loves being about to change the heigth to make sitting and standing easier for her bad hip. She also loves having the little attached table, although It's a bit on the small size. For me, I like it because it still looks nice , doesn't feel like a "hospital" bed.Would recommend.

Great quality hospital-type bed.
Great bed for bed-bound people. Comfortable mattress. Side railings. Adjustable height, as well as head and foot can both be raised and lowered as needed. On wheels so easily moved. Nice looking headboard and footboard. Reasonably priced.

Great bed but there are some caveats
I wanted a bed that was less institutional-looking than the standard hospital bed, and settled for this one because of the wood. Right now, I'm using the gray slipcovers for the head and foot, but will probably tire of them soon. Just about everything can be adjusted on this bed, and the motors are nearly silent and swift. The first drawback for me has been that because of the high footboard, making the bed is more difficult. It's harder to tuck in the end of the flat sheet because the footboard is in the way.My second gripe is that the bedrails are long, full-length ones. I should have paid better attention to that when ordering, and think it would be great if the company allowed you to select the type of rails you prefer.Third, and the one that I don't have a solution for, is that the remote, on its coiled tether, really has no place to call home. Although it has a substantial hook on it, so it can hang somewhere, there is not really a place to hang it. I guess that if a person were completely incapacitated and had to have someone tend to everything it would be convenient to hook the remote at the head or foot, but as a person who's able to do a lot of things for herself, it's a real annoyance.Even with my minor gripes, I am pleased with the bed.

European standard quality and easy to install
This hospital bed is high quality and it comes with table and foldable rails included which is very convenient. We got it for my father, who needs medical care and it makes everything much easier. He likes that it doesn’t feel like a hospital bed, but more like a real bed, with the solid wood headboard and footboard and that puts him in a better mood. The electric functions are smooth and easy to use.Make sure you open the box before taking it to the room you need to install in. It comes in 4 smaller boxes which makes it easy to carry. The instruction videos are easy to follow and made the setup fast. The mattress is not included so we ordered it separately.
