Great Pilates ball
I haven't used a pilates ball before, but I usually do the Peloton pilates classes and was keen to give the ones using a ball a try.The ball comes with a little straw thing that inflates the ball easily enough. However, I do feel the straw could be something that's easy to lose!The ball is lightweight but sturdy, firm when needed but with enough give in it when gripping it between legs/ankles etc.I've used it a few times now without deflation and it seems to be going well. I also really like the colour!
