Bad quality, the handle bar will not connect to base. I bought this for a Christmas present for my goddaughter and she never was able to use it. I contacted customer support through email and still no response, no compensation, nothing. Highly disappointed and a waste of my money. I don’t want to give any stars..

Bought for nephews birthday. Somehow after one use something fried and stopped working according to my niece. Easy on replacement but inconvenient for niece and son. I’m not sure if this was a product problem or someone not reading directions right. So, buy a protection plan and hope for the best.

Bought it for my 6 year old and it stopped charging after the first use. Very disappointed. Will be returning for a refund. The led light turns blue and won't turn off. Not sure if the charger is the issue or the scooter itself or both.
