You'd better fit it correctly on the first go.
Fitting this thing is awkward. The instructions are perhaps as clear as they can be, but in the heat of the moment, you may make a mistake. If that happens, you might be able to try again, but that may also make things worse.In my case, I can't use this. My top teeth don't fit - they pop out and are fully loose when I try wearing it. It also all forces my mouth open. I will not be able to even test this overnight. You can see where the softer plastic gel stuff basically flowed over the top, leaving me with poor contact, making the device useless.To top it all off, I am unable to get a refund.I guess I will just try a competitor instead. Perhaps you guys should have a test option to practice the bite as part of your kit, or two sets of the softer plastic in this thing.
