I really, really like this monitor. I have been using this monitor for 4 months now. I have used it at a desk and traveling around working remote. I have used it in my car, in the RV, and propped up on pillows beside me on the couch. A few years ago, I tried very hard to find a good travel monitor and returned at least 3 because the usb ports would not last more than a few days. I would pick them up or adjust their location and the usb port became so unstable, the monitors would flicker on and off with the smallest movement including breathing.However, this monitor's usb ports are sturdy and going strong. It folds up to the perfect size to fit into a computer bag or carry on luggage. And it is not too heavy to carry in a shoulder bag with my laptop. I mostly use the 2 screens as 2 separate monitors. I have used them as one screen but not keen on the visual disruption where the screens meet and fold but works just fine. I have used the 2 screens folded like an A frame and think it is really cool that a person sitting on the opposite side of the table can see exactly what you are seeing without having to sit close next to each other. I can see a lot of possibilities for sales and service providers or tutors . . . There are rubber pads on the bottom screen so it does not slide.The stand is like a folding picture frame stand that folds down into a recess in the back of the monitor. So far the hinges are strong and stiff enough to keep the monitors upright. I can charge my phone with one of the spare usb ports. There are additional rubber pads on the bottom edge of the stand if using horizontal to further prevent the monitors from sliding or slipping; however, these pads on mine have come off with use. I have used this set of folding monitors every day for four months. Other wear and tear to the stand is that the color is wearing off at the edges of the recess the stand folds into.I have tried using it vertically instead of horizontally because I do a lot of document review, but the folding picture frame like stand does not work vertically so your screens are sitting straight at a 90 degree angle from the table top instead of leaning and makes it awkward and uncomfortable to read the screen. Maybe if I placed it on a platform to raise it, but that means carrying an additional item when traveling. So I do not find helpful to use vertically. Plus it is standing on its buttons so they are inaccessible when used vertical. If you do use vertically, there are a couple of rubber pads that keep the monitor from sliding and raise the buttons enough off the surface the monitor is on so that the buttons are not accidentally pushed or moved and change your preferred settings.The casing encapsulating the monitors appear to be a 3D printed case? It is very sturdy and hardy.I have only used this set of folding monitors with a laptop. I do not know how it may work with other devices.Occasionally, I will flicker. I have not been able to determine what causes this. It is not a bad connection at the usb port, these still seem secure and sturdy. It does not appear to be the usb cord. It happens rarely and preserves my settings.The only reason why I am not giving this product 5 stars is because I really cannot use it vertically and the occasional flicker. I would love for it to be able to tilt back a little vertically with the folding stand so I can have 2 full pages of 2 different documents side by side for comparison and review. I think it could if the stand was made a little wider/longer. I will update this review if the flicker starts to occur more often, or if I determine what is causing it.

It works, that's the best I can say. The whole point of additional displays is to carry work on to additional screens, obviously.However, that's only useful if the screens are up to the task. These, regardless of resolution settings, are as bad as old CRT monitors.The text is blurry and pixelated and images are considerably worse. If all you need is to have some charts or Netflix on them I suppose you'll be fine.If, however, your intention was design work or the like, I'd pass.Personally, I'm going back to running my iPad as an extension monitor until I can find a better option.

This monitor ROCKS! I love being able to add two monitors to my laptop and stack them horizontally. I have it mounted on a monitor arm with a document holder and it works great.

I tried several different dual monitors to add screens to my laptop and this was the clear winner! First it has an option for independent power, so you aren't draining your laptop battery. Second you only need to use one usb-c port on your computer for both monitors, not two! It leave the other laptop port open to charge. And third because it is stacked it doesn't take up a ton of space on a desk or table like other monitors do. And I liked that it doesn't clip on, so I can keep my case on my computer. Very happy with my purchase!
