Lack of disclosure of modified Dell OEM product
Upon inquiring with Toptop Technology, the purchased Dell Inspiron 3030 computer, presumed received as new from OEM, was modified to match Amazon's website descriptive - which included changing the computer's operating system and adding hardware. It is my understanding that Toptop Technology is not an authorized Dell servicer. The unit once modified was placed back in the OEM original box and sealed. Several concerns prompted computer return including non-disclosure of modifications to OEM product on the website, modifications made by non-Dell servicer, non-Dell components utilized, packaging not reflecting PC content, and the potential impact to the actual OEM product function and respective warranty. Amazon noted the purchase was made through a 3rd party and the resulting limitations vs. being sold and shipped by Amazon.

Very nice desktop, unbeatable price
I was a little hesitant to order this, as I know these are new Dell desktops that have been slightly modified (ie, putting in an additional hard drive, extra RAM, etc) by the seller. But with the 2-year warranty that was added by the seller, I decided to do it, since it was exactly what I wanted and was about 1/2 price of same unit on Dell website. Received the unit very quickly, and confirmed that it is configured as shown on Amazon, and works perfectly. Overall very happy with it.

Instructions and monitor cable
Not included. Very bare bones boxed computer. Doesn’t work with my old monitor so had to buy a new monitor.
