I bought another brand that was higher in cost and it was defective. This one is the right size, does a great job and the humidity level is exactly where I wanted it. It's in my basement so I have it set for continuous drain and I never have to go down to check it, it stays right on the chosen setting.

The product seems to be working great right now. It's only been a month, but the product is small and very user friendly.

Pulls moisture from our upstairs area. Not loud or in the way due to being big. Could use a longer drain hose though, as the one provided is very short.

I am using this dehumidifier for a bedrood that has a musty odor. The dehumidifier works well and does the job. The only problem I am having is removing the bin full of water. I cannot release it but my husband has no problem removing it.

It works wonderfully. It’s fairly quiet, except it beeps automatically for an excessive amount of times when it’s full. Except for that, I like it.
