It does the job
It's protecting my floor, my chair runs smoothly. It doesn't move (although it is held under my desk). Great purchase. It does smell when you first take it out so leave it in the garage unrolled for a couple of days and that'll sort it out.

Perfect floor protector
Good size. Very good quality. You do have to let it settle as it’s rolled up. But that’s not a problem. Would recommend.

Poor quality
Poor quality. The mat is extremely stiff, so unrolling it is really difficult. The issue doesn’t stop there. Once unrolled it was fine for a while, but (as always, just after the return window closes) it started to crack under where the wheels sit. I understand it needs to be fairly rigid to serve its purpose, but they haven’t got the balance of flex and rigidity right. I wouldn’t buy another one of these as it doesn’t fit the purpose I bought it for.

Well made and sturdy
Do not be alarmed when the product arrives and is rolled up, it will quickly lie absolutely flat and provide a really good protective cover for your floor. I use it to protect my wooden floor and it performs so well I am about to buy a second for another room.

Pretty mush perfect!
Really pleased, great size, just a little hassle to flatten as it arrives tightly rolled. Definitely buy again.

Great floor protector
After reading other reviews I decided to leave the mat in the box for a few days before opening it. I then removed the packing sleeves and left it to “warm up” to room temperature for a few more days before trying to unroll it.It then unrolled very easily and after being left overnight with some heavy books along the edges it is perfectly flat.It is now laid smooth side down on top of laminated flooring which had previously been damaged by office chair wheels.The textured surface helps the wheels to move without slipping and protects the flooring from further damage.

Just binds up every time you move
Each time the user moves a chair the mat rolls up forward. Eventually you end up with tons of ripples in the mat that act as speed bumps as you try to move toward your desk. Probably good for the price but definitely not what a sane person intends on buying when they order them.
