Once this bike was put together, with the very basic instructions, there were problems with the gears and the brakes. We took the bike to a repair shop for them to have a look to see if we had not put it together properly. We were told that the bike was not safe to be ridden on a road as the components were all loose. The spokes were not connected to the wheels, the front wheel was buckled and woukd need changing, the brake pads were not even fitted to the front wheel. He said it "was made of cheese, and was a death trap". He said he had never in his life, seen such a badly made bike of such poor quality. This bike was a Christmas present for my son, and thankfully, he never got to ride it due to the problems. I dread to think what would have happened if he had been on the road on it. The bike has now been scrapped, as it is dangerous and not fit for purpose. The customer service for this company is shocking, and I would advise anyone looking to buy this bike to save your money, and go elsewhere, unless you are happy to put your life at risk, or throw your money down the drain

This bike was a gift for my kids, they love it, it was easy to install and smooth to use, not wobbling randomly, very satisfied!
