The media could not be loaded. I ordered this as an upgrade to my current tablet. This has so many advantages to many other tablets at such a reasonable price. As you can see from the photos, the tablet is very well protected. There is padding and bags that protect from scratches and movement during shipping. There are multiple accessories including a keyboard, wireless mouse, a screen protector already applied as well as an additional one for future use. There is tablet cover that resembles a linen look and has a hard plastic insert that keeps the tablet protected. It can be used vertically or horizontally. It folds to a triangle base so the keyboard can be set in front of it to make your tablet into more of a laptop or desktop version. The case covers the on/off and volume controls. It keeps the charging port and speakers which are located at the bottom open. The case of the tablet is metal, so it is more durable than plastic. The tablet is light in weight and very easy to handle. I really like that it has the ability to split screen, especially when I need to do comparisons while shopping. The tablet connects quickly to WIFI and I find it easy to load Apps. I have not noticed any lag time. It has a long battery life which really helps when the kids are playing games or watching videos. It also has a quick charge time. There is both a front and rear camera. It has the ability to use facial recognition to unlock the tablet. I don't usually use this option as there are multiple users. The colors are crisp and bright and are truly vibrant. The tablet has really enough ROM and RAM, but if you really need more, you can easily insert a micro SD card and get up to 1TB. It is easily added in the slot at the top/side (depending which direction you are holding). The slot is easy to find and the tray just slides out. It is right next to the aux port. I find the speakers have a very decent sound quality too. It is not muffled or broken. The instructions are written in many languages and are easy to follow. The tablet is easy to use by any age group. Toddlers need a little help until they have used it to play their learning games. Older people can use the mouse and keyboard too. I have had it in use for a few weeks and am very pleased with its operation.

For any kind of extended conversation or notes, the keyboard is infinitely better than using a screen. Ps, the mouse reciever is inside the battery compartment. It's small, so make sure you don't misplace it!The setup was easy. Signing into my Google account sets up my apps nicely. I can backup the tablet activity or sync it to other devices.This tablet is the same size as my last tablet from a few years ago. I thought I'd like an 11" tablet for watching Netflix but this tablet screen is so high quality I don't regret sticking with 10".The charging cable and adapter is included, and there is a Type C to USB adapter to connect USBs via the charging port. Transferring files is much faster and easier this way, but it can also be done with the uetooth connection.There is a lot of 6GB physical + 16GB virtual RAM and 128 GB of storage that can be expanded by 1 TB. This can definitely play mobile games without overheating. I previously stopped playing mobile games beccayse tablets got hot. The battery life is great and the tablet came already charged. It's a nice, thin design and a simple grey case is included with the grey tablet. It also has a screen protector in the box.The front and rear camera are good for casual use and videos. The speakers are REALLY loud and startled me when I turned on a video to check the video and sound quality. I didn't expect that because the speakers are on the bottom and my favorite tablet before this one had great sound that I attributed to having speakers on each side.I'm really excited about this tablet and will probably use it with the wireless mouse so I can manage my playlists without getting up. Connecting to the internet and Bluetooth has been easy and the quality of this tablet is wxcellent for the affordable price. It's very impressive!

I am so frustrated with this tablet! A brand new tablet loading this slow is insane!! It freezes on a screen and won't allow me to press anything to get out of the screen so I have to do a hard reset whenever this happens. I'm trying to give this thing the benefit of the doubt but my patience is wearing THIN OMG! Also, the battery life isn't great. In my honest opinion, I suggest you look at a different tablet because this one is not it!!The only good thing I can say about this tablet is that it came with a screen protector already on... which was convenient.

I have previously purchased different models from this same brand in the past, and I have never been disappointed. Although this model is similar to one I have, I decided to purchase it only since it was a newer model.Functionality works as intended, without any issues arising since I've purchased it. The overall speed of this tablet is excellent. The opening and closing of apps is speedy and allows for easy multitasking. The internet connectivity opens websites and in app menus easily without any lag. Storage can be expanded which is a huge plus, because you're able to store an incredible amount of documents, pictures, videos, etc.The settings menu allows for numerous customizations that allow you to conform this tablet to your specific liking. It has settings that even top tier brands do not include in their software. The added software allows for you to use this tablet like a desktop, which is helpful in so many scenarios.Conclusively, the feature set this tablet provides is excellent for the price point.

Works well. Long battery life at least up until 12 hours or more. I got the pink so color is excellent. Brightness is excellent. Great value for the price. The sound quality is amazingly loud.
