Works and performs exactly as expected and looks awesome! I was concerned with such a big purchase when there's so many differing hardware opinions in the pc gaming world but the performance of this rig has been fantastic for gaming.

This PC cannot go 5 minutes under load before crashing. Even simple games like Overwatch, CS2, Marvel Rivals will fully bluescreen the computer which results in a ban. During the week that I owned this device, I crashed to desktop 50+ times, and got BSOD 12 times. When looking at event viewer, these guys were getting the SAME CRASHES that I was getting a month before I bought the device. They still somehow included a signed & dated quality control slip KNOWING this device was crashing, and happily sold it to me. This is pathetic. I fully understand all the troubleshooting techniques to get things working; nothing worked. They use the WORST possible motherboard from the ASRock b650 series. Cheap offbrand RAM. Support was unwilling to ship replacement parts unless I paid for it & would be liable for "any damages during shipping" even though the junk didn't work in the first place. No thanks, you can have the whole darn thing back. I will NEVER buy from this company again and I hope you all consider what you're getting yourself into.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful case great performance assuming I don’t have any issues in the near future it’s perfect. This is my second computer from this company. I have a chronos That has now been turned into my work computer.1/8/25 edit. So I've had this computer for 2 months. Wanted to do a little update. Computer runs great. Was having some trouble with the gigabyte motherboard but not a big deal. Just make sure you stay updated on the app and if the app won't open just reinstall it. When I had the issue I saw some people freaking out online but it's really not a big deal. Fixed it in like 2 minutes.Furthermore, there is a program called cof speed I believe that thing will cause your games to shut down. Just delete itThose are the only two things but they are not a big deal.

I'm only giving it 2 stars because the top fans RGB were not plugged in I had to call support to get help on the RGB the support guy seemed uninterested and didn't even apologize at the end of our phone call for the inconvenience. And the front mic ports don't work and oh they used one of the worst motherboards the b650m c v2 y1 which is the worst of the worst b650 motherboards!! I rave about skytech but I should be able to plug and play without any issues and you should be using better parts for your PC builds and actually doing a thorough check of all the components being intact before shipping this isn't something the consumer should be doing. Do better skytech.

Case is gigantinc. Simple install. Big meaty gpu.Runs CYBERPUNK 2077 at a crisp 207 fps with no stutter or clipping. CPU usage at 86% and temps around 40 c.Everything else I throw at it is lower metrics. FTNT,COD, nothing phases it.TREAT CHO SELF!Just uh, make some room.

Don’t know if it was an issue with amazon or the manufacturer, but the internals were full of dust, gpu wasn’t even supported by any kind of foam like it was supposed to, didn’t get power chord, keyboard or mouse, packaging was horrible as well, the computer was just put in a black bag with foam only on the top.

Amazing and great. PC works amazing would highly suggest! Plays ever single game I play
